Our home care and companion services at Active Senior Fitness & Companion go beyond traditional care, providing compassionate support that enhances the overall well-being of our clients. Our dedicated companions are not only background-checked and CPR/AED-certified but also committed to creating a warm and engaging environment for seniors.

Our comprehensive services include light housekeeping, running 

errands, and meal preparation, ensuring that our clients enjoy a comfortable and tidy living space. Beyond physical support, our companions engage in social activities, including board games and reading, to foster cognitive function and emotional well-being.

Transportation to social events, dinners, and parties is part of our commitment to enriching our clients' social lives. Additionally, our companions are ready to plan and accompany clients on trips and outings, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

We take care of the details, handling business affairs such as writing letters, paying bills, and going to the bank. For those under a prescribed exercise program, our companions oversee and support these activities, promoting physical health.Our companion rates are reasonably priced at $35 per hour for a package of 10 hours, $33 per hour for a package of 20 hours, and $30 per hour for a package of 30 hours. Each visit is a two hour minimum. No weekly commitments, package credits are not lost if you do not consume them by a week or months end.  

As a special inclusion in all companion packages, we offer a weekly virtual fitness class.This virtual fitness class adds an extra layer of holistic well-being, ensuring our clients remain active and connected.
